NEW YORK—  Tadler Law LLP’s Privacy and Data Breach practice is a finalist in The National Law Journal’s 2021 Elite Trial Lawyers awards.

Finalists were chosen from hundreds of submissions across more than 25 categories and were selected based on their “cutting-edge work on behalf of plaintiffs over the last 18 months” as well as possessing “a solid track record of client wins over the past three to five years.”

This year, the publication also released its inaugural class of finalists for Rising Stars of the Plaintiff’s Bar, naming partner Brian R. Morrison in the select list. This recognition category distinguishes a select group of young lawyers under age 40 who are up-and-comers in the plaintiffs’ bar.

Founded in 2019 by Ariana J. Tadler, a leading litigator and E-Discovery law pioneer, Tadler Law represents individuals and businesses in complex and class action litigation. Tadler Law has litigated some of the highest-profile cases in the country, including data breach and consumer class actions, antitrust matters, SEC whistleblower investigations, and other complex matters.
