AJ de Bartolomeo, was invited to speak on the panel “The Two-Way Street of Modern Preservation” at the Georgetown Law Advanced eDiscovery Institute. AJ was joined by other experts in the field to discuss the technical and legal hurdles associated with capturing and processing data from smartphones and tablets, as well as tactical strategies for managing preservation given the transient nature of ephemeral messaging.
