AJ de Bartolomeo, was invited by The Consumer Attorneys of California’s (CAOC) to be a panelist for “Power in Numbers Mass Torts & Class Actions” where I spoke about the proposed Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 16.1 on MDL proceedings.
