FOUNDER ARIANA J. TADLER REMAINS ON THE LIST OF “LEADING LAWYERS” IN THE E-DISCOVERY FIELD

Tadler Law LLP has been recognized once again as one of the top e-discovery practices in the United States by the Legal 500 USA. The firm continues to be the only plaintiffs’ firm to have been selected for the elite list. Founder and managing partner Ariana J. Tadler also retains her “Leading Lawyer” status in the e-discovery field.

“Fully certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, Tadler Law LLP is a women-owned and operated litigation boutique that has gone from strength to strength under the leadership of New York-based Ariana Tadler,” says the Legal 500 in its 2021 edition. “The firm is known for its representation of plaintiffs in sprawling and complex class action litigation suits. Leading litigator Tadler is noted for her experience of class action-related developments, including data breaches, cyber and privacy, and e-discovery issues.”

The publication describes the firm as “one of few high-powered women-owned firms” and “incredibly strong in how to deal with assembling, analyzing and generally dealing with electronic discovery.”

This year, Ms. Tadler remains the only plaintiffs’ lawyer to be selected for inclusion in the prestigious “Leading Lawyers” ranking. The publication says clients describe Ms. Tadler as a “skilled tactician and strategist” and someone who has “excellent relationships across the aisle with defense counsel at all the major firms.”

Ms. Tadler founded Tadler Law — one of just a few women-owned and operated complex litigation boutiques — in June 2019 to capitalize on her unique and personal brand as a renowned authority in e-discovery and class action litigation. Since its founding, Tadler Law has litigated some of the highest profile cases in the country, including data breach and consumer class actions, antitrust matters, SEC whistleblower investigations, and other complex matters. The firm is also leading the way for equal pay with its prominent representation of World Champion soccer star Hope Solo in her equal pay battle against the U.S. Soccer Federation.

The Legal 500 is one of the leading legal directories that assesses the strengths of law firms in over 150 jurisdictions. Research is based on feedback from 300,000 clients worldwide.
