FOUNDER ARIANA J. TADLER AND PARTNER A.J. DE BARTOLOMEO NAMED AMONG LEADING E-DISCOVERY LAWYERS

Tadler Law LLP has been recognized as one of the top e-discovery and information governance practices in the United States in the 2021 Chambers USA rankings of leading lawyers and practices. The firm is the only plaintiffs’ firm to have been included in the select list. Founder and managing partner Ariana J. Tadler was once again ranked in Band 1 for leading U.S. e-discovery and information governance practitioners, and partner A.J. de Bartolomeo was elevated to Band 4 from“Notable Practitioners.”

Chambers noted that the firm is “highly regarded for its representation of plaintiffs” and “acts for clients in highly publicized cases, boasting significant success in litigation.” The publication highlighted Tadler Law’s “impressive court record,” noting the firm’s involvement in high-profile data breaches, including its appointment to the plaintiffs’ steering committee in the Marriott International data security breach litigation. “We are proud to be once again ranked among the leading e-discovery practices in the country, and the only plaintiffs’ firm to be accorded such an honor,” Ms. Tadler said.“We are gratified by this validation of our good work.”

Ms. Tadler, who is also ranked in Band 1 in 2021 Chambers Global, is widely recognized as an e-discovery pioneer and is once again the only plaintiffs’ lawyer recognized in the global rankings. Chambers called Ms. Tadler “extraordinarily knowledgeable” and noted that she is considered a leading figure in the plaintiffs’ bar, “regularly retained as e-discovery counsel on large class actions and multidistrict litigation.”

According to Chambers, clients refer to Ms. Tadler’s negotiating style as “unparalleled” and is known for being “incredibly innovative.” “She knows what she is doing when it comes to being very strategic, dynamic and aggressive, and she is very knowledgeable about how data is being used and protected by defense counsel,” a client told Chambers.

In Ms. de Bartolomeo’s promotion from “Notable Practitioners” to Band 4 for leading plaintiffs e-discovery lawyer, Chambers mentioned her “robust plaintiff-side e-discovery practice” and her regular appearance in litigating high-profile cases as reasons for her appearance in this year’s rankings.

One of the clients Chambers interviewed said, “A.J. is an exceptional attorney, with a deep knowledge of the judges and the local practices.” Another client referred to Ms. de Bartolomeo as “excellent to work with” and “she really understands the world of complex e-discovery in modern litigation.”

One of only a handful of women-owned and operated complex litigation boutiques, Tadler Law was founded by Ms. Tadler in June 2019 to capitalize on her unique and personal brand as a preeminent litigator in class action and complex litigation and leading authority in the field of e-discovery. In October 2020, the firm was recognized as
a women-owned, controlled, operated and managed enterprise by the Women’s Business Enterprises National Council (WBENC), the largest certifier of women-owned businesses in the U.S. and a leading advocate for women business owners and entrepreneurs.
