February 19, 2020 – (New York, NY) Tadler Law LLP founder and Managing Partner Ariana J. Tadler, a full service litigator and leading pioneer in e-Discovery, has been named once again among the top e-Discovery lawyers in the 2020 Chambers and Partners Global edition.
Ms. Tadler, who is also listed in Band 1 in Chambers USA 2019 top e-Discovery lawyer rankings, is the only plaintiff’s lawyer in this year’s Global Band 1 list. According to Chambers, Ms. Tadler is highlighted by sources as “leading the plaintiff’s side” of e-Discovery. Her widely respected practice sees her routinely handle multi-district litigation involving data breaches and consumer protection cases, and commentators note: “She passionately defends her clients’ interests to the greatest extent possible, while being respectful and open to the needs of the case and opposing counsel’s concerns.” Chambers adds that Ariana “continues to be seen as an authority figure on TAR.”
One of only a handful women-owned and -operated complex litigation boutiques, Tadler Law was founded by Ms. Tadler in June 2019 to capitalize on her unique and personal brand as a preeminent litigator in class action and complex litigation and leading authority in the field of e-Discovery.
Since its founding, Tadler Law has been involved in high profile cases including data breach and consumer class actions, antitrust litigation, SEC whistleblower matters, and other complex civil matters. For example, the firm represents prominent athlete Hope Solo in her equal pay battle against the U.S. Soccer Federation. In the last year, Ms. Tadler has landed multiple highly competitive case retentions due, in substantial part, to her combination of litigation experience and the E-Discovery knowledge that she and her team bring to the table (e.g., In Re: Marriott International, Inc. Custom Data Security Breach Litigation, MDL Case No. 19-md-2879 (D. Md.) (Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee (“PSC”) for Consumers and de facto liaison counsel across multiple plaintiff tracks); Adkins, et al. v. Facebook, Inc., No. C 18-05982 (N.D. Cal.) (class certified, appointed Class Counsel). She also routinely drafts and negotiates ESI Protocols, protective orders, and important discovery documents in other national matters (e.g., co-lead plaintiffs’ counsel in the JUUL multidistrict litigation turned to Tadler Law to assist in crafting and negotiating initial discovery documents).
London-based Chambers and Partners annually ranks the leading international and U.S. firms and attorneys based on in-depth research and interviews with clients and peers. Chambers ranks individual lawyers in bands 1 (highest) to 6, with all band rankings considered to be a significant achievement.
